Growing up can be really challenging. Other people, for example, your family or friends, might have hopes and plans for you, and they might be different to your own. It’s common to feel lost and confused sometimes, but if you never feel you can be yourself, or if you are unhappy with who you are right now, that’s not good. You can change this, but you’ll probably need a little help. Talk to someone you trust about your worries.
