It’s not OK to be afraid all the time. You shouldn’t have to feel this way. If you’re feeling scared all the time you probably have a good reason for it, but it also might stop you from having fun or doing things you really want to. It’s important you talk to someone you trust about your worries – this could help you stop feeling scared all the time.
It’s normal to feel scared sometimes, especially when you’ve had bad things happen to you. When you feel worried or scared, try writing it down or drawing a picture of what scares you. It also really helps to talk to someone about your worries.
